Anyone for Feldenkrais?

Get moving and have some fun this summer with an exciting range of outdoor activities. By Chrys Ayley The Hutt City Council and Upper Hutt City Council have joined forces to present a Lively Parks programme to motivate people to increase their physical activity between now and the end of March. Activities on offer, many of them free, include pilates, tai chi, running, Latin dance, yoga triathlon training and leisure marching. Getting involved is easy and registration for events is not needed ? just turn up on the day but if it is wet the activity will be cancelled. There are over 23 activities to choose from throughout the Hutt Valley and they are all listed on the Hutt City web site. Activities in the Petone Herald circulation area are: Tai Chi 4 All ?
